What a fantabulous time I had with the gorgeous Tilling family in Oxford's University parks last week! With two ride on tractors as transport, the boys had fun pedaling/being towed along, eating ice cream and generally being boys running around climbing trees! Beautiful children to photograph x

Glorious Ethiopia

I have just got back from an incredible working holiday out in Ethiopia. I was lucky enough to visit the capital Addis Ababa and then travelled further south to a place called Nazret. I was amazed by the use of colour out there & saw a photograph in absolutely everything around me!! The people were all so lovely, especially the little children who would wave as soon as they saw us! It was a wonderful and sometimes very humbling experience, one which I will never ever forget.

My gorgeous friends Si & Harry got married in a beautiful ceremony before Christmas at Kirtlington Park. I was a guest at the wedding but did get some very special shots of the bride getting ready in the bridal suite before the wedding began. She looked absolutely stunning.... even with those socks on her hands as she got into the dress! Congrats you lovely pair x

Brighton Exhibition

A rather belated blog entry to promote my little solo exhibition that is currently running in Brighton! The photography shows off my love of this fabulous city along with my love of all things vintage with most of the frames being vintage pieces. I also included some screen prints of my photographs which is something I want to be doing a lot more of in 2011.

The exhibit opened in December to a positive reaction with several pieces selling at the private view which was rather lovely!! It will be running until the end of the month at The Rock in Kemptown, Brighton, so please do pop along if you get chance x

Welcome to my new blog

Hey! I have finally got my own blog!! It has taken me a while but after reading so many other cool blogs over the years I felt it was time I got my own little space to share my creative work.

As my blurb on the right states, I am a photographer based in Oxford. I am passionate about taking photographs and producing varied and creative work.

I shoot lots of weddings which I love, alongside band photography (my husband is a musician so I get lots of opportunities for live shots!), family portraiture, commercial work and my own personal photography projects which has recently included a shoot in Paris (my most fav place outside of Oxford!)

I will be shouting about upcoming projects and exhibitions on here, so watch this space for more info..... and for a barrage of photos in the coming weeks ;)
